    On behalf of the children who participate in Project READ, the reading program at St.
    James Church co-sponsored by the Nevada Humanities Committee, I woulMe to ,

    currently in our fifth year of SI program. We have had many changes, in the children
    attending the program, so many children have benefitted over the years. There areja
