CONSIDERATION: NONE 0® ^ RECORDED: 1, | <fS^ , U QzwU. 1*^ ( , LOCATION: CITY OF LAS VEGAS, COUNTY OF CLARK, STATE OF NEVADA DESCRIPTION: right of way and easement for the construction, maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of power lines and appurtenances and appurtenant work upon, over and along the strips of land hereinafter described and called "easement stripe* which extend across the lands of the Grantors, It being understood that the Grantors are contemporaneously herewith, by separate document, granting to the Grantee, its successors and assigns, a right of way and easement for the construction, maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of water pipe lines and appurtenances and appurtenant work under, upon and along the said easement strips. TRE GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, their officers, agents and employees, or any contractor, his agents or employees engaged by the Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have the right to enter upon, pass and repass over and along, and to deposit tools, implements and other materials upon, said easement strips whenever necessary for the purposes above set forth except that in exercising said right Grantee, its successors and assigns, shall not unreasonably interfere with exist!sag uses or future uses (to the extent that said future uses may be consistent with the easement herein granted) of said easement strips by Grantors, their successors and assigns. THE EASEMENT hereby granted is subject to all restrictions, limitations, easements and encumbrances of record and to all existing rights of other persons in and to the lands of the Grantors, whether of record or not. THE GRANTORS, their successors and assigns, reserve the right to construct roads, pipe lines, wire lines over, under, along or across said easement strips and to use said easement strips, and to grant to others the right to use said easement strips, for any purpose whatsoever which will not unreasonably interfere with the construction, maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of a power line and appurtenant facilities by Grantee, its successors and assigns, over, upon and along said easement strips. AT THE REQUEST and expense of the Grantors, their successors and assigns, the Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall hereafter from time to time relocate all, or any portion, of the power line then maintained upon, over and along said easement strips to other easement strips of the same width which shall be granted without cost to grantee, its successors and assigns, subject to the same terms and conditions as herein contained.
