I Los Angeles* June let* 1931 9215-3-W Mr. D. S. ghuckhart: Tour letters April 37th and May 29th, file D 3-3, in regard to statement to be furnished showing calculations involved in determining the cost of water at Las Vegas for use in arriving at rental to be paid by the LVL&W Co. for use of Railroad Company owned facilities during 1931, under contract Audit No. 7322: prepared by Chief Engineer Adamson. It will be noted that rental to be charged the L.V.L.AW.Co. is s* own as 11443.58 per month. This figure has been used in working up new water rate schedule which has been filed with the Public Service Commission of Nevada, to be effective July 1st.
