NO 1 U < > » 0 Corre$p« rsiJw********1*® THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the /<? day of J & jy K J - — , 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company,” Party of the First Part, and HARRISON S. STOCKS, whose place of business is 750 Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, here­inafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of the area lying adjacent to and north of Fremont Street between 19th Street and 21st Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I. SUBDIVIDER AGREES: 1. At its sole cost and expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor for the construction of, and to construct, in the locations shown by yellow lines on Exhibit "A," dated May 11, 1953, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, -1-
