Description

Culinary Union workers march outside the Frontier Hotel and Casino on April 21, 1992. Strikers hold posters printed with images of Frontier Hotel and Casino owner, Margaret Elardi and the statement "Bargain in Good Faith." Other posters read: "Frontier Hotel, on strike, Culinary Workers Union, Bartenders Union, Teamsters Union, Operating Engineers Union, Carpenters Union, sanctioned by Southern Nevada Central Labor Council AFL-CIO." Secretary-treasurer of the Culinary Workers Union, Jim Arnold participates in the march. Photographers and camera operators are seen following protest crowd. Arrangement note: Series I.
