Murray (Formerly owned by W. B. Wells) Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the following applications for the retail sale of cigarettes and tobacco products for 1st Qtr. 1954 be approved: DECKERS COFFEE SHOP 1980 E Fremont Sutton Vending CHARLESTON LIQUOR STORE 9 W. Charleston Sutton Vending JIMS LIQUOR STORE 1314 E Street Sutton Vending LUCKY PARKING LOT 2nd & Ogden Sutton Vending VEGAS UTOCO SERVICE STATION 1101 E. Charleston Sutton Vending Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the following applications for Firearm Permits be approved: STATE MAN & JEWELRY CO. A. Coblentz 104 Fremont G. L. BROOKS GUNSMITH G. L. Brooks 723 Fremont Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioners Bunker and Sharp, members of the committee for recommendation on the proposed Electrical Code Ordinance requested additional time. At this time Commissioners Jarrett and Sharp members of the committee for recom­mendation on the proposed ordinance for Reduction of Building Area in Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, reported favorably. Thereafter An Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE REDUCTION OF THE BUILDING SITE AREA REQUIREMENTS IN LOTS 23 - 48, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 3, LOTS 1 - 24, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 4, BOULDER DAM HOMESITE TRACT #2, LOTS 25 - 48, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 1, LOTS 1 -24, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 2, LOTS 27 -52, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 4, LOTS 1 - 26, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 3, BOULDER DAM HOMESITE TRACT # 3; AND LOTS 26 - 51, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 5, LOTS 1 - 26, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 6, BOULDER DAM HOMESITE TRACT #4, TO THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS; PROVIDING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, was read in full to the Board.
