D., in bundles, sections or crates being fastened together by wire or staples, that Lumbei rate is applicable, under provisions of Rule 335 of W. T. L. Circular l-O. F. T. B. Cir. 1-0: Beer, via C. B. & Q. R. R., M. K. & T. R ’y, Mo. Pac. ‘ R. R. and St. L.-S. F. R’y, destined to points in Kansas, stop permitted to partly unload at stations in Kansas or Missouri; proposed, to amend Rule No. 1070 to permit stopping in transit to partly unload at intermediate^oints via all lines.
