Hon. J.&. Allard, Pago 3 Deo. 22, 1950 A check m s made, daring the course of these teste, as to the effect of the pomps on certain flowing veils and it vas found that daring the period the tests vere made, generally about three hours, no material deorease vas made in the production of veils not pumped nor vas there any material deorease in the pres* sure of such veils, indicating that if periods of production vere limited to periods of peak demand, the full three and a half million gallon rate per day could be obtained. In Wells Noe. 8 and 10, the easing diameter le such as to allow the use of turbine pumps. This type of pump le preferable for the reason that it allows more flexibility in the operation and also ve are assured by the Manufacturers that prompt delivery can be made. In Well Ho. 11, the casing diameter is too small for the use of a turbine pump and it will be necessary to install a centrifugal pump on the surface. In the case of the centrifugal pump, the promised deliveries are somewhat uncertain. However, ve feel sure that barring some presently unforeseeable catastrophe the Installation will be completed in ample time to provide the excess capacity when large summer demands begin.
