Bennett In connection with additions to the property of the Water Com-pany, the cost of which will be added to the basic purchase price under the terms of the proposed contract for sale of the Water System to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, I am sending you, herewith, one copy of our "Detail of Estimated Expenditures" coveringconstruction of the following described project, which it is proposed to construct under the conditions noted on the face of the estimate. Construct 1125 LF 6" cast iron pipe line to serve Industrial Area west of Main Street between Caress Street and Hoover Avenue. I am also sending you, herewith, one print of our drawing dated May 22, 1953 showing location of proposed pipe line. If you agree that the inclusion of the cost of the above project may be properly added to the basic purchase price under the proposed contract mentioned above, will you please indicate your approval in the space provided on the carbon copy of this letter, which is sent you in duplicate, and return to me?
