I agree.November 12, 1952 W 2 3 -b-k Public Works Offloer 11th Naval District Ban Diego, California Gentlemens Eeferring to your letter, dated November 7, 1952, File ND11-MF/Ia, L4-3/N26, DD-^20, regarding proposed Contract NOy(U) 22681 for water service to the Naval Reserve Training Center, L&s Vegas, Nevada. Contract NOy(U) 22681 provides that in event the rates for water services are increased by authority of the regulatory commission having jurisdiction, the government will pay such increase from and after the effective date of such increase, pursuant to its order approved August 13, 1952 I & S Docket No. 127, the Public Service Commission of Nevada authorized a general increase in rates for water service by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, effective September 1, 1952. The order prescribed the following monthly rates for services furnished the Training Centers 3 showers 1st one @ $1,30, next two ® $1.00 ea. #3*30 11 toilets ® .90 9.90 5 urinals 9 .90 *U50 3 drinking fountains 1st one free, next two 9 |4.6o 9.20 1 steam boiler 1,80 1 hall . 3.00 Total I 31.70 Attached is Bill No. 238A for the months of July, August and September, 1952 in the amount of $8^.70 and Bill No. 320A for the months of October, November and December, 1952 in the amount of $95*10.
