Contract NOy(U) 22681 provides that in event the rates for water services are increased by authority of the regulatory commission having jurisdiction, the government will pay such increase from and after the effective date of such increase, pursuant to its order approved August 13, 1952 I & S Docket No. 127, the Public Service Commission of Nevada authorized a general increase in rates for water service by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, effective September 1, 1952.
