Frank Strong: In connection with installation of new water mains in the South Fifth Street tract by Ruppert Plumbing company for Frontier Improvement Sompany, our Wo-574? lesterday afternoon, pressure test was oonduoted on this new line, The 8-inoh valve in Oakey Boulevard was closed and a compressor connected to south end of the 2-inch line, dauge was installed at corporation cock $2 ft. south of valve in Oakey Boulevard and the pressure was run up to 190 lbs. Following exceptions were noted: Four leaky Jointsj 9th Joint south of first fire hydrant was defective and will have to be renewed.
