Bennett of June 21, 1954# acknowledging,receipt of the eleven documents referred to in his letter to you of June 18,1954, Mr. Bennett is out of the city for a few days, and I am replying for him. Your assumption is correct that the Pioneer Title and Trust Company should be requested to prepare a report regarding pipeline easements.owned by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company on July 1, 1954, rather than on June 1, 1953, and 1 assume you w ill advise the Title Company accordingly. In the next day or two we w ill advise you as to the amount of documentary stamps to be affixed to the various conveyance documents. I believe this w ill complete a ll things required to be done by the Sellers to complete the transfer of the water system on July 1, 1954.
