Before forwarding you this list, as requested, I studied over conditions and wont over the Town very thoroughly and the list was only submitted as an opinion from me that these would be good prices to establish on our vacant properties. In this same letter you speak of Lots 4, 6 and 7 in Block 13 having been recently sold. Rave these lots been sold since your request for a re-appralsement or was I In error In placing these lots on the list. Yours truly,
