McNamee Attorney at Law 310 Fremont Street Las Vegas, Nevada i Dear Leo: I am sending to you and to Mr, Campbell a copy of a proposed agreement between the Union Pacific Railroad Company, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Las Vegas Valley Water District, which is referred to as Exhibit “A" and which deals with the subject of the removal and relocation of existing pipe lines and wire lines between the water production field and the distribution system at Las Vegas. Attached to this agreement is a map designated As Exhibit MA-1", which has been reduced in size from a similar map heretofore furnished you. The enclosed agreement (Exhibit "A") and the map (Exhibit "A— 1”) are identical with the documents enclosed with Mr. Campbell's letter to me of February 2, 1953* in which he transmitted one executed o-riginal and one executed copy of the revised proposal of the District to purchasetthe water production and distribution system at Las Vegas together with a copy of Exhibit "A” and Exhibit "A-l", except that certain typographical errors have been corrected in the en— closed Exhibit "A” as follows! In Section 2(b) the letters shown on Exhibit "A-l" between which the 24-inch and 16-inch pipe lines extend have been inserted. On line 11, page 6, the reference has been changed from a 30-lnch "east iron" pipe to a 39-inch "concrete" pipe line.
