I agree.Mr. W. H. Johnson - Los Angeles Attached hereto please find original copy of letter from Salvation Array of Las Vegas, Nevada, making application for a parcel of land located on the Las Vegas Kanoh which would have a frontage on 5th Street of approximately 100*. The attached letter does not indicate the location desired, but in phone conversation with Mr. Harland J. Hall of the Salvation Army, I got the impression that they desired a location fronting on 5th Street adjoining the city oeraetary. When Mr. Hall called me on the phone, I advised him that It was very doubtful whether the Company would be agreeable to either selling or leasing them any portion of the Ranch and tried to discourage him In making any further effort In the matter, however, he has seen fit to forward the attached letter and sketch for your consideration. Would appreciate if you would contact the Salvation Array direct, advising them whether you would be agreeable to leasing or selling them a parcel of land as requested in their letter. L. R.
