It is my intention to furnish a distribution of all direct charges incurred by the Water Company on the basis of the separation indicated above and it is therefore suggested that in order to facilitate the reporting of this separation, you establish new account numbers to cover the cost of work performed under each of the following general headings which will refer to “Production Facilities*, 1. Pumping facilities and wells. 2. Storage facilities. 3. Transmission water | 1 h* Power transmission facilities. 5. Electric power. 6. Transportation. ?. Miscellaneous items • If these account numbers are established, 1 believe we can con­veniently furnish you monthly with the data necessary to determine the cost of operating and maintaining the production facilities which, together with a report of the'total gallons of water used by the Railroad Company and the total gallons of water produced, will permit you to determine the amount to be billed the Railroad Company for water as provided for in Section 2 and 3 of Audit Mo. 80300.
