Los Angeles, September 3, 1943 1-7334 Mr. Walter R. Bracken: Referring to proposed sale of land at Las Vegas to Messrs. Clark, Cahlan and Grant: With my letter of July 3rd I sent you blue prints showing the parcel involved in the transaction. I am now enclosing three revised prints for use with the extra copies of the agreement which you or Mr. McNamee may hold. We have attached the revised print to each copy of the deed merely as descriptive of the property, inasmuch as an exhibit is not called for in the document.
