I agree.C. The payments by you to us hereunder shall be made by check or money order payable to us as follows: 1. Twenty-two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) to be delivered to us at our address below upon execution of this agree- ment; 2. Twenty-two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) plus an amount equal to our "production costs", to be delivered to Mr. Skelton prior to the final performance on September 21. 3. The remaining money due and owing to us under this agreement to be delivered on September 22 1963* to Mr. Skelton if he is then still in Allentown, or else at our address below. 4. You hereby agree to furnish for each and all of the performances, at your sole cost and expense, the following: A. All labor, lighting and electricians necessary for the proper presentation of the acts. B. All public utilities of whatsoever nature, including but not limited to a public address ?ç system with at least four (4) stand microphones and one (1) hand microphone, in proper working condition satisfactory to us or our representa- tive, and at least six (6) standard trooper spot lights in proper working condition, satisfactory to us or our representative. C. A completely adequate orchestra of at least twenty (20) of the best musicians obtainable. Said orchestra will be available for rehearsal, together with all lighting and sound facilities, in the morning or afternoon of September 19* 1963. D. Any and all other expenses of whatsoever nature in connection with the presentation of the show. 5. You agree to comply fully with all rules and regulations of any guilds and unions having jurisdiction in the premises.
