I agree.V Omaha - June 2, 1940. Mr. W. R. Bracken: I have deferred replying to your letter of March 20th, concerning possibility of sale of certain of our property at Las Vegas for developing a new addition to the City, awaiting an opportunity to make some study of the situation which I have not as yet had. Am satisfied that if we decide to sell the land it will not be at a price of less than $500 an acre and that we would have to impose certain restrictions in our deed to the purchasers so as to insure the development being of the type that we have been discussing. You may advise Messrs. Cahlan,I Griffith, gfowgert lint rftwrt tint the matter is still under consideration.
