I agree.Feb. 5, 1904. "EEF.SOHAL" .Mr#E»F.Wells * General Manager , Sail ,*, lit all • Dear Sir:- I have yours of February 1st marked "personal”, enclosing a letter from Mr.Geo.H*Cook, Phoenix', Ariz., in which he requests the privilege of starting a forwarding commission business at Las Vegas. As you know, we have a man in charge of the Los Vegas ranch, who keeps a store and resturant, and supplies the surrounding country from there, and it would be impracticable to allow any one wise to start in business there that would be in opposition to our own store, i’he ranch is merely a company property, and I thlrik you will read, ly appreciate my position. I return herewith Mr.Cook’s letter. Very truly yours. enc. (Signed) J- RQ$CLARK*
