Said water mains shall be constructed of Class pipe, equal to AWWA Specifications, and Joints shall be of cement* Said pipe shall hare at least 36 Inches of cover, and installation be sub­ject to approval and acceptance of duly authorized representative of the Company. 3* Upon completion of said lines, to furnish to Company detailed statement shoving the actual cost of constructing said vater mains. At Subdivider*e sole cost and expense, to survey and accurately stake upon the ground the line along which said vater main is to be laid, and to indicate streets and alley grades by appropriate stakes* 5* To furnish the Company easements, satisfactory in form, where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets a.-*** alleys, said easements to be five feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line* 6* To furnish a bill-of-sale for said pipe lines, conveying to the Company all right, title and interest in said pipe lines free and clear of all liens* ARTICLE II.
