An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 17, SECTION 12, CODE OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, 1949 AT PAGE 254, BY PROVIDING FOR LICENSE FEES FOR ASTROLOGERS AND PERSONS IN SIMILAR OCCUPATIONS; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATED THERETO, having been reported on favorably by Commissioner Sharp, member of the Committee for recommendation as amended, was read in full to the Board at this time.
