W.O. 749, acquiring a tract of land situated in S l/2, Sec. 30, W l/2, Sec. 31, SW 1/4, Sec. 29 and NW 1/4, Sec. 32, T-20-S, R-61-E, containing an area of 507 acres and improvements thereon consisting of water supply facilities at Las Vegas. Nevada, from U. P. RR Co. on Form 30-2 and whether transaction may be considered completed as of the date of issue of the authority, i.e. July 31, 1953. Please advise if charges remain the same as shown V. W. Smith
