Cunningham * Salt Lake Schunaan - Salt Lake Cory * Las Vegas Ranwiok - Los Angeles With reference to Work Order 40415 covering con­struction of asphaltic concrete streets with crushed rock base curb and gutters* water lines* sewer lines complete with manholes* etc. to serve Highland Drive Industrial Diarist at Las Vegas* Nevada* with particular reference to relocation of our existing Well No. 2 which is now located K in the middle of the new proposed Union pacific Street to a new location outside the industrial area. v. 1 am forwarding to you herewith two copies* and to the other gentlemen receiving copy of this letter one copy each# of Invitation to Bid, Fora of Contract Bond* Gen­eral Conditions and Specifications and Bid Proposal Form which it is proposed to use for securing bids for the drill­ing of the new well. Particualr attention is invited to fact that Specifi­cations and Bid proposal are based on the drilling of the well by the rotary drilling method* also* that 30-inch dia­meter conductor pipe or surface protective casing specified! however* it is felt you may wish to leave the type of drill­ing open cm the specifications and accept either the rotary or cable tool method. Also* you may wish to reduce the else of the conductor or surface protective casing from 30-inch to smaller diameter* possibly as small as 20-inch which is sometimes used with this else well. Will you please review the attached Speciflcati one * Invitation to Bid and Bid Proposal and favor us with any comments or corrections which you feel would result in our obtaining the best possible well at the most economical figure*
