BILL OF SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS 2 That the undersigned, COMPANY, a ^ _____ corporation, Grantor, for and in.eon-sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it paid by the Grantee, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,does hereby assign, transfer and convey unto LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation of the State of Nevada, Grantee: All those certain pipe lines and wire lines and ap­purtenances referred to in subparagraphs (h) to (l), inclus­ive, of Section 5 of, and that certain pumping station, in­cluding valves, pipes, pumping equipment and appurtenances thereto, referred to in subparagraph (d) of Section 5, which is now located at point HH shown in solid green square on Ex­hibit "A" attached to, that certain agreement dated __i l 1953, between LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD"COMPANY ana its lessee, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, Utah corpora­tions, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation, therein collectively called "First Parties", and the Grantee, covering the sale of the water production and distribution facilities of the First Parties to the Grantee. Grantor does not warrant the quality or condition of ^any of the above mentioned property.
