(e) That certain easement for roadway purposes as conveyed by deed from Leonard Ranch to Gonzalo M. and Catalina G. Barajas, recorded in Book 51222, page 198, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. (f) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. Said deed conveying the parcel purchased, shall except all crude oil, petroleum, gas, brea, asphaltum, and all kindred substances and other minerals under and in said land from and below a depth of 5 0 0 », but without the right of surface entry excepted and reserved by Leonard Ranch, a co-partnership in deed recorded January 23, 1959 in Book D-3Ul> page 9bk of Official Records.
