On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing C. L. D. 15774, license agreement dated July 31, 1967 to Victory Oil Company, a California corporation, for a term begin­ning July 31, 1967 and continuing in effect for an indefinite period thereafter until terminated upon the giving of sixty (60) days ad­vance written notice by either party, covering permission to maintain, repair, renew, use and operate a 2" water pipeline in the vicinity of Mile Post 17.8 of Long Beach Cut-Off, Los Angeles County, California; no monetary consideration for said license; said pipeline to be main­tained in good condition; Land Company shall have the right at any time after having given Licensee thirty (30) days notice in writing, to require Licensee to relocate said pipeline, expense for such relo­cation to be borne by Land Company; Licensee shall indemnify and save harmless Land Company; Licensee not to assign license nor any right conferred, without written consent of Land Company; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -4-
