U S VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION B & H Rubbish Service Contractor C.L.D. No. 16092 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 16092, dated July 16, 1968, with B & H Rubbish Service, accepting proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools and machinery required to remove the debris and remnants of building destroyed by fire at Las Vegas Land and Water Company's former facility located at 415 North Mission Road, Los Angeles, California, work to be performed to the satisfaction of the Land Company for a consideration of $8,500.00 upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
