Dear Sir; Replying to your lettter of June 24th in reference to artesian, well here at Las Vegas, I beg to advise that I had a talk with both well drillers here and it seems that neither one of them are in a position to give us a bid for the job complete as they say it is impossible to secure the casing. However, Mr. Francis can give us a bid for the work if you so desire and we to furnish the casing F.O.B. Las Vegas. I would suggest that as soon as you can, you drop in to Las* Vegas again and we will have Mr. Francis meet us here at my office and discuss the situation. Yours very truly,
