Additional Commissioner Peccole moved the application of the Golden Nugget Inc., Golden Nugget, 2nd and Fremont for one additional "21" Game be approved. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Whipple moved the applications of Robert Brodine, Acme Liquor Store, 1207 South Main for a Sealed Package Miniature license and Frank Dio Dato, Standard Market, 602 South 5th for a Sealed Package Liquor license be denied. JAMES L. FILBEY DEED A letter from Mr. James L. Filbey's attorney was read to the Board relative to the acceptance of a deed of ten acres of land for roads located in the N½ of the SE¼ of Section 32, T. 20 S., R 61 E., MDB&M. The clerk was instructed to call Mr. Robert Jones to see if he had ever prepared such a deed. ORDINANCE NO. 438 An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 6, SECTIONS 5 and 6 OF THE LAS VEGAS Bicycle Ordinance CITY CODE PROVIDING FOR THE REGISTRATION AND OPERATION OF BICYCLES IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS AND PROVIDING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND TO REPEAL CHAPTER 6, SECTION 8 OF THE LAS i VEGAS CITY CODE, having been reported on favorably by Commissioners Moore and Whipple, was read in full to the Board. PROPOSED ORDINANCE An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE MOVING OF BUILDINGS, HOUSES AND STRUC- Moving Permits TURES ALONG HIGHWAYS, STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY BUILDING INSPECTOR TO ISSUE PERMITS; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO, was read by title to the Board and referred to Commissioners Moore and Whipple for recommendation. E. O. UNDERHILL DEED Commissioner Moore moved that the City Manager be instructed to request Mr. E. O. Underhill Extension of Oakey for a six month's extension to comply with the conditions of his deed.
