OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. September 25th, 1928. At a recessed regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the 25th day of September, 1928, at the hour of three o'clock, P. M. PRESENT: His Honor the Mayor, J. F. Hesse, Commissioners LeRoy Neagle and O. J. Smith, together with the City Attorney and Clerk. ABSENT: Commissioners W. C. German and W. B. Mundy. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was ordered that the receipts for licenses and fines and plumbing fees for the month of August be divided and distributed as follows: $17.75 to the Water, Sewer and Light Fund, and $500.00 to the Water, Sewer and Light Fund, and $423.00 to the General Fund. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting recessed until Thursday the 27th day of September at three o'clock, P. M. At a recessed regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the 19th day of September, 1928, at the hour of three o'clock, P. M. PRESENT: His Honor the Mayor, J. F. Hesse, Commissioners LeRoy Neagle and O. J. Smith, together with the City Attorney and Clerk. ABSENT; Commissioners W. C. German and W. B. Mundy. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. The Board was at this time engaged in discussion of the paving of Fifth Street in this city. No further business appearing, it was ordered, upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, that this meeting adjourn until Tuesday, the 25th day of September, 1928, at the hour of three o'clock, P. M.
