738 Hull Ave. Westchester, 111 March 19, 1958 Mr. A1 Freeman Sands Hotel Las Vegas, Nev. Dear Mr. Freeman, We were most happy to receive your letter, and to know that you have made reservations for us at the Sands for the period of April 21st - 24th. We will be very glad to accept this invitation and whatever it entails. I am sorry if I gave you the impression that we are not grateful for this generous gift. Please believe me that ate do apprediate it very much, and we will certainly do our best to "spread the word?╟Ñ that the Sands and Las Vegas are wonderful indeed. However, may I make one more attempt to present our point of view? We didn?╟╓t know anything about the busy-ness of the Season or the lack of accomodations at the Sands. All we were told was to pick a date, which we did, for February. When many weeks went by and Mr. Lemanski said his letter remained unanswered, I think it was most natural for us to whnder why. Then, just fcw?? weeks before the date in February that we had chosen, Bill told us that week was out. After that we didn?╟╓t receive any further information until your answer to my letter. Now that the matter is settled we are anxiously making preparations for a gala time In Las Vegas. I think it is an extraordinary thing that so many grf these vacations have been given Jzations. Our very best wishes people at the Sands for success to charitable organ- to you and all of the in all of your endeavors. Mrs. Milton Honel
