Notice we the undersigned do hereby locate and claim two hundred feet for mining purposes on this lead lode or ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore to be known as the Mary Jane Mine commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running in an easterly direction 250 ft and along said lead lode or ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore and including one hundred and twenty-five feet thereof for mining and working purposes.
We claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the mining laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining laws of El Dorado mining district Lincoln County, State of Nevada.
Said mine is situated about 3/4 of one mile northwest of the January Mine joining onto the westend of the Silver Wedge Mine and onto the east end of the Edger Mine.
