    ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Peccole moved that the bid of Wells Cargo, Inc. in the No. 100-3 total amount of $17,330.25 on the installation of street improvement Award of Bids in Assessment District No. 100-3, being the low bid, be accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. Commissioner Peccole moved that the bid of Albright’s Courtesy Electric in the total mount of $6,851.25 for the installation of the electrolier improvement in Assessment District No. 100-3, being the low bid, be accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Moore moved the bid of J.M. Murphy Construction Co. in the No. 100-4 total amount of $14,181.78 for the stallation of improvements in Award of Bid Assessment District No. 100-4, being the low bid, be accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Moore moved the bid of N.P. Van Valkenburgh Co., in the No. 200-1 total amount of $32,034.00 for the installation of improvements in Assessment Award of Bid District No. 200-1, being the low bid, be accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Moore moved the bid of Wells Cargo, Inc. in the total amount of No. 200-3 $44,803.19 for the installation of improvements in Assessment District No. 200-3 being the low bid, be accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin.
