    Thereafter Commissioner Peccole moved the foregoing entitled Ordinance No. 418 be adopted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Banker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance entitled: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE DECLARING THE DETERMINATION OF THE BOARD 416 - #100-2 OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, TO MAKE CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS BY GRADING AND CONSTRUCTING OIL BOUND GRAVEL PAVEMENT AND CON­CRETE CURBS AND GUTTERS ON CERTAIN STREETS AND PORTION OF STREETS IN SAID CITY; PROVIDING THAT THE COST AND EXPENSE THEREOF SHALL BE PAID ENTIRELY BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT UPON ALL THE LOTS INCLUDED WITHIN THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT HEREBY ESTABLISHED ACCORDING TO THE FRONTAGE; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO; was read in full to the Board. Thereafter Commissioner Whipple moved the foregoing entitled Ordinance No. 416 be adopted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. PUBLIC HEARING ON Commissioner Moore moved the public hearing on the above mentioned Assessment Districts ASSESSMENT DIST. Nos. 100-2, 100-4, 100-6 be set for June 12, 1950 at the hour of 3:30 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 419 An ordinance entitled: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE AUTHORIZATION AND ISSUANCE OF THE Meadows Addn. CITY OF LAS VEGAS MEADOWS ADDITION SANITARY SEWER BONDS IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT Bonds OF $71,661.51 TO COVER CERTAIN UNPAID ASSESSMENTS HERETOFORE LEVIED AND CONFIRMED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING FOR THE WORK OF MAKING IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS BY INSTALLING A SANITARY SEWER IN CERTAIN STREETS AND PORTIONS OF STREETS IN SAID CITY AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AS CREATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 392, AND TO ISSUE AND SELL THE BONDS OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS THEREFOR, SAID BONDS TO BE KNOWN AS LAS VEGAS MEADOWS ADDITION SANITARY SEWER BONDS AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE SAID UNPAID ASSESSMENT BY DIVIDING THE SAME INTO TEN (10) ANNUAL INSTALLMENTS AND PLACING SAID INSTALLMENTS ON THE TAX ROLL OF CLARK COUNTY AND COLLECTING THE SAME IN THE SAME MANNER AS STATE AND COUNTY TAXES ARE COLLECTED BY LAW, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO, was read in full to the Board. Thereafter Commissioner Whipple moved the foregoing entitled Ordinance No. 419 be adopted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the Notice of Sale of Bonds on the South Meadows Improvement District be published and bids on these bonds accepted on June 26, 1950 at the hour of 3:30 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple,and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before this special meeting, Commissioner Moore moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
