Bates Mr. L. R. Maag ) The original Escrow Instructions and Amendment to Escrow Instructions have been delivered to the First National Bank of Nevada. Our latest information is that the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Valley Water District will hold a meeting in the latter part of this week to authorise the signing of the Escrow Instructions by the District. Therefore, unless some difficulty develops at the last moment, we expect Jthuel y tr1,a ns1f95e4r. of the water system to the District to be made on Mr. Reinhardt agrees with me that it would be desirable for you to have a representative at Las Vegas on the sale date who could remain there until the final accounting for the purchase price is complete. A number of accounting problems incidental to the transfer will undoubtedly arise after the sale date, which can be disposed of on the grounds by Mr, Maag and your representative.
