Peart - Omaha Referring to your letter of Deoember 8, 1952, File BD 6-6, regarding various deposits being held in account Auditor’s Suspense pending completion of work. Attached are Bill’s Collectible Mo’s* 3A0 and 341, covering charges for installation of water service connections for Federal Homes Development Go,, Inc., and Mr. N. M. Austin. To date we have not moved the fire hydrant for Mr. Slim Kenyosa. He is contemplating development of a subdivision and relocation of the fire hydrant has been deferred until ills street locations have been determined and new location of fire hydrant designated by City Authorities. Refunds of the unexpended balance of deposits made by Federal Homes Development Co,,Inc., and Mr, M. M. Austin will be made at this office. ¥, H. Johnson
