Dear Sirs Referring to your letter of March 13th relative to claim for wages filed in your Department toy Jamas A. Bowen, who alleges that we are indebted to him in the sum of 1198.73, for servicea rendered: Our records show that Mr. Bowen was employed aa guard, April 36, 1943 to October 30, 1943 at the has Yogas Land & later Company owned building in Vernon District, Los Angelas, which tm# leased to General Motors and dam­aged toy fire. Our records also show that he was assigned on 13 hour day ? day weak at IflfJp per hour, and that his pay checks for that period have all been paid, So far as we know toe was paid in full for all services rendered, flease advise what is basis for his claim.
