W. Smith and K. N. Chandler, Co-partners, doing business under the firm name of Smith & Chandler, Lessees, covering signboard site, located on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada;’ rental $>37.50 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon ten days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
