Aliso Street, between Hewitt and Alameda Streets, Los Angeles, California, owned jointly by Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Santa Fe Land Improvement Company, for freeway purposes; consideration $45,686<>50; and WHEREAS, said Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Santa Pe Land Improvement Company executed grant deed (LVL&WCo. Land Sold Deed Audit No. 5106), dated March 2, 1951, conveying said parcel of land to the State of California; and WHEREAS, said parties entered into agreement, dated April 19, 1951, setting forth conditions and terms of said sale: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of Presi­dent and Assistant Secretary Bachman, on behalf of this Company, in executing said grant deed and said agreement; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider CLD No. 10158-2, dated June 26, 1951, extend­ing to June 50, 1952, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10505, dated July 1, 1949, expiring June 30, 1951, with Walter S. Olsen, covering portions of Lots 8, 9, 11 and 12, Block 5, Tract 2348, Yermo, Calif., to be used as site for storage of outdoor type camp stove; rental $75.00 per annum, payable annually in ad­vance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
