I agree.>Ui •PBNSE. COPY Deo, f* 1908. 1157 Xi*2*. H* B. uells. General Manager* Dear Sir: Replying to your joint favor of Ilov. P8th, and returning herewith papers relative to proposed townslte at Otis. Ton will have had copy of Mr. Bancroft's letter to me of Dec. 4th, and in a general way I agree with all the suggestions made hy him. I "believe forty foot lots would he amply wide; and as to price I think $100.oo for inside lots and perhaps $125*oo or even $150,oo for corner lots would he a fair figure. X do not hellove the demand for them would he very great to begin with, and I think if we platted 100 or 150 lots to start with it wonld.be ample for some time to come. I suggest yon refer the papers to Mr. Tilton for his views and suggestions, and ask him to prepare map showing the layout of the proposed townslte, which information kindly submit to the Committee for approval. Very truly yours, J- ROSS Mk ^ enc CC~ Mr, W, H. Bancroft.
