I agree.S T A T E O F N E V A D A W . G. G R E A T H O U SE s k . R E T A R Y O F S T A T E DEPARTMENT OF STATE C AR SO N C ITY, N E VAD A Owing to the 35th Legislature amending Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of an Act entitled "An act requiring all Corporations to file annually with the Secretary of State a list of their officers and a designation of their resident agent," beg to advise that herewith I am inclosing proper blank which should be filed in this Office on or prior to July 1, 1931. If filed on or prior to that date the fee is $5, and if not filed on that date the $2.50 penalty attaches. The law was amended as follows : When this Annual List of Officers is forwarded to this Office for filing an Acceptance of Appointment by Resident Agent must accompany list and be filed together. In order to eliminate confusion of filing two papers I have had printed on the back of the blank form of List of Officers, herewith inclosed, the Acceptance of Resident Agent, which must be signed by the Resident Agent before same can be filed in this Office or fee accepted. Kindly make sure this has been signed by the Resident Agent before sending same in. Yours truly Secretary of State.
