I agree.Las Vegas ~ March 10, 1944 R-32 Mr. L. A. McNamee: Confirming our conversation today regarding Mr. Adam's letter to you March 3. We checked qver on the ground this morning the location of 8* water line extending from end of 12* line at Morth end of alley between Main and First, thence “Southeasterly to a point located 2* South of the southwest corner of that certain 4 acre parcel of land known as the Stewart Burial Plot* (as outlined in letter agreement with Contractor Rhoads, December 31, 1941), and find the pipe line is 3* South of the monument shown on the print at southwest corner of burial plot. It therefore does not encroach on the “Parcel 4* outlined in yellow on Mr. Adam* s print. I do not see that we are concerned in the other parcels either as our lines are laid in dedicated streets, except as to~oil and mineral rights. m u m n c r m s c z E B
