Frank £• Barnett, Esquire 2. May 2$, 1952 Rouse, dated April 2, 1952. I am rather embarrassed to enclose a copy thereof because of the length, but I think it is a very good letter, and although X would not suggest that we should tell you anything about matters to be handled before the I do think he covered the situation so well that I thought you might enjoy reading the letter. You understand, of course, there was a lot of intervening correspondence between these letters, but our discussion was limited to the question of a tax-free donation proposition, and I have therefore attempted to limit this correspondence to that angle of our files. Since this correspondence and especially since the letter of April 2nd we have heard nothing further on this particular phase of the sale or donation. Very truly yours, E. 2. Bennett EBB:MSB Enel .3
