M, Folgerj (CC - Mr, Frank Strong) Referring to your lett r of June 7th, your file W 23-7t to Mr. Frank Strong, in connection with complaint from Las Vegas Hospital respecting water rates: Initially, I would appreciate if you would send me your current schedule of rates, rules and regulations. The latest edition I have seems to be stamped in 1942, and I am unable to ascertain from that edition just how you did arrive at some of the charges set out in the letter of May oth to the Nevada Public Service Commission from the Hospital# Personally, X do think it would be advisable to establish a new set of rates for hospitals as the schedule of rates which you have do not seen: to be properly applicable in all their details to facilities furnished by hospitals# E# E.
