\ (b) Easement for flood control purposes as granted to Los Angeles County Flood Control District, recorded in Book 39808, page 423, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. (c) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. (d) Easement for sanitary sewer purposes, being a strip of land 30-feet in width, as described. (e) The effect of two deeds from Whittier Extension Company to Whittier Extension Mutual Water Company for a pipe line occupying a Right of Way, recorded in Book 3427, page 343 and in Book 4035, page 278, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. (f) Any and all encumbrances or defects in title made or suffered by Purchaser. Deed conveying said parcel to Purchaser, shall except all oil, minerals and mineral rights without right of entry in and to said parcel; upon exercise of the option by Purchaser and prior to delivery of the deed by Land Company, Purchaser shall enter into agreement with Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, for construction, maintenance, operation and ownership of a spur track to serve the property; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and Assistant Secretary S. J. How in executing Termination Rider C.L.D.
