With my letter of May 4,” 1910, 1 handed you our Bill Collectible No. 40—4 against the company mentioned, amount ^62.20, which I assigned to . you in order that you might include in your account against the laundry. B. Wilson and Dr. K. Martin have become owners of said laundry, and they will doubtless assume the obligation with LVL&WCo. He has asked for memorandum of the account in order that he may act as our intermediary in securing adjustment for us.
