Commissioner Peccole moved that pursuant to the recommendation of the City Engineer that Assessment District No. 100-6 be accepted subject to notification from the City Engineer that the chips on these streets have been cleaned up. Commissioner Peccole moved the request of the Las Vegas PTA to hold a circus June 27 and 28, 1952 be approved providing the Police Department is contacted for policing activities and the City is not held liable for any of the activities of this circus.
