In accordance with our instructions, Maintenance Department was requested to perform this work, but I understand Mr. Mack is having difficulty in securing men and therefore requested bid from McNeil Construction Co. 'If and when that bid is received it should be forwarded direct to me, as under Mr. Jeffers instructions the water producing facilities at Las Vegas are under my Jurisdiction, S-37 Frank Strong
