No. 15356, dated January 21, 1 9 6 6 , with National Engineering Company, for the preparation of plans and construct staking of a sewer line in the vicinity of Turnbull Canyon Road and Mile Post 17.52, in City of Industry, California, consideration $1,901,01, agree­ment to be effective November 26, 1 9 6 5 * an<^ work to be per­formed and completed within 12 0 days thereafter; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in executing C.L.D. No. 15255 (Contract Audit 10993)> dated October 25, 19^5, with Audrey Backus, Sidney I, Mann, Ben Mann, and H. I. Mann, individuals, agreeing to Las Vegas Land and Water Company arranging the construction of a sanitary sewer line adjacent to their respective properties in City of Industry, California, the expense being prorated on basis Land Company 52$ of actual cost, Backus 28$ of actual cost, and Mann 20$ of actual cost; total estimated cost of said sewer is $^0,780.00, of which $11,380.00 is chargeable to Backus, $8,000.00 chargeable to Mann, and balance of cost being -3-
